Buick Math – 4 New Cars in 24 Months Equals New Start
Buick, one of four surviving “core brands” from auto maker General Motors, announced yesterday they will introduce 4 new models in the next 24 months. Is this an equation for success? We already know 2010 launches a new LaCrosse model – there is also speculation that a Buick Regal concept may be introduced by 2011, although no specific vehicles names were released to automotive press.

SO far, Opel will be the basis for future Buick design concepts, in the same way Saturn used to use The O for their models. Speaking of Saturn, Buick has mentioned their plans for the first crossover-small SUV hybrid car in the form of the Vue. Other future vehicles by the brand known best for huge cars you grandparents drive might include a Chevy Cruze type mid size sedan along with an Aveo type economy class. Buick would grab attention by doing a 180 – turning to small vehicle production.

Sadly, just another small, ugly, boring, overpriced junker from GM. The last year Buick made excellent cars was the 1976 Model year. It has been straight downhill ever since.
